What people ask before they bring it in
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. We deal with the adjuster and the approval paperwork directly, so you are not the one chasing it.
Can I get an estimate before I file a claim?
Yes, and it is worth doing. If the repair comes in under your deductible there is no reason to file at all, and we will tell you so.
Do you work on foreign cars?
Domestic and foreign, both — same as it says on the window out front.
How long will you have my car?
It depends on the parts. You get a real timeline when we write the estimate, not an optimistic one.
Will the paint match?
That is most of the job. Your colour is mixed and blended into the surrounding panels so the repair does not stand out.
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
No. Bring it by between eight and five Monday to Thursday, or eight and four on Friday.
