Collision repair
Full-service collision work, from a creased quarter panel to a front end that has to be rebuilt.
Bring it in before you call your insurance company. If the fix costs less than your deductible we will say so — and if it doesn’t, we deal with the adjuster.
Name, number, and what the car needs.
Recent work
Three off the lot on Hoffner — the finished side, the damaged side, and the building itself.
Before you file a claim
Both of these came in on a wrecker’s worth of bad luck. Sometimes the repair costs less than the deductible — and you only find that out by getting a number first.

What we do
Full-service collision work, from a creased quarter panel to a front end that has to be rebuilt.
We work with your insurance company directly and handle the approval side of it.
The two things people bring in most — replaced, refitted and lined up with the car.
Your colour mixed and blended into the panels around it so the repair does not announce itself.
How it goes
No appointment for a look. We are on Hoffner, just off Hamilton Avenue.
A written estimate, and a straight answer about whether it is worth a claim at all.
Including the insurance company, if that is the way you decide to go.
About
A small body shop on Hoffner Street in Northside, doing domestic and foreign, collision work and paint. You talk to the same person who writes your estimate and the same person who calls you when the car is ready.
Most of what comes in is the everyday kind — somebody backed into you in a lot, a deer, a hit and run. Cheyenne handles the insurance side, which is the part most people dread.
In their words
“I had a hit and run that knocked off my mirror and dented a door. John Hall worked with my insurance company to repair both and deal with the insurance paperwork.”

“John Hall Body Shop is outstanding! High quality, exceptional work.”

Questions

It depends on the parts. You get a real timeline when we write the estimate, not an optimistic one.
That is most of the job. Your colour is mixed and blended into the surrounding panels so the repair does not stand out.
